1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Luvr AI App (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your country. By using Luvr you confirm that both are true.
3. Account creation
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe and don't share it with anyone.
4. One person, one account
Each account is for one individual. You may not transfer, sell or lend your account to another person.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you send. By sending it you grant us a limited licence to host and display it to you and to operate the Service.
7. AI-generated companions
All companions, voices, images and personalities on Luvr are generated by artificial intelligence. They are fictional characters and not real people.
8. Subscription plans
We offer a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout in your local currency where supported.
9. Billing and payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for any fees you incur.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
11. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue goodwill refunds at our discretion for genuine billing errors.
12. Free trials and promotions
Free trials and promotional credits may be limited per person and may end at any time without notice.
13. Communication style of AI companions
Companions are designed to be flirty, warm and conversational. They may use suggestive but not explicit language unless permitted by your settings and local laws.
14. Prohibited requests
You may not ask the Service to produce content involving minors, real identifiable persons without consent, non-consensual scenarios, violent extremism or any illegal activity.
15. Content moderation
We use automated and human moderation to enforce these Terms. Violations may result in warnings, message removal, suspension or termination.
16. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code, brand names and logos are owned by Luvr Technologies and protected by intellectual-property law.
17. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them in the Service without compensation.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.
19. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (payments, analytics, hosting). Their own terms apply to your use of them.
20. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced when possible.
21. Beta features
Features marked as beta, experimental or preview may break, change or disappear. Use them at your own pace.
22. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.
23. Account deletion by you
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your chats, companions, settings and personal data.
24. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvr Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
26. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
28. Disputes
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
29. Changes to the Service
We may add, change or remove features at any time to keep the Service safe, modern and sustainable.
30. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
